Your tracking data stays under your control.

Information Trackalot stores

Trackalot stores the folders, tracker names, sorting preferences, warning and note-opening preferences, and event entries you create, including optional notes and values. TrackPack selections create the same editable local folder and tracker records as items you build yourself; the app does not send your selection to the developer. The live app database and shared widget data are stored locally using Apple system storage. Automatic or manual backup files may also be stored in Trackalot's iCloud container when iCloud is available, with local app storage as a fallback. Because trackers are user-defined, you should treat any sensitive details you enter with the same care as other private information on your devices and in your iCloud account.

Information Trackalot collects

Trackalot does not transmit analytics, advertising identifiers, tracking data, account data, location data, contacts, or user-created tracking data to the developer. Trackalot does not access Apple Health or HealthKit. It has no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.

Apple Watch and widgets

Apple system frameworks transfer your tracker list, display order, Count Warning hints, and log requests between your paired iPhone and Apple Watch. The iPhone remains authoritative when a pending Watch log is reconciled. A local cache and pending log requests may remain on the Watch until they are delivered or the Watch app is removed. Home Screen widget data and pending widget logs are also stored locally in Trackalot's app group.

Exports and backups

Report exports, complete data exports, and Calendar entries are created only when you choose those actions. You control where exported files are saved or shared. Calendar export requests access through Apple's system permission prompt and writes only the entries you choose to export.

Trackalot automatically creates backup files on a target four-hour schedule when there is tracker data to protect. It first uses the app's private iCloud container when available and otherwise falls back to local app storage. iOS may run an overdue backup at the next system-provided foreground or background opportunity. Trackalot retains the newest 100 accessible backup files and removes older files beyond that limit.

Retention and deletion

Your Trackalot data remains in your local app storage, iCloud backup container, exported files, or device/system backups until it is deleted under the rules of those locations. You can delete individual entries, delete trackers or folders, or reset Trackalot data from Settings. Removing the app removes its local app data subject to any device or system backups you control, but iCloud or exported backup files may remain available for restore. Remove the Watch app to delete its local cache, and delete exported or backup files from the locations where they are stored if you no longer want them.

Because Trackalot has no account or server-held tracking data, there is no developer account or cloud profile to delete.

Support email

If you email support, the email service transmits your email address and message so the developer can respond to your request. That information is used only for support. Do not include sensitive information unless it is necessary.

Children's privacy

Trackalot is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

This policy may be updated when Trackalot changes. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
